In fact, on a 1-5 scale, where 5 is the strongest agreement, PCC averaged scores over 4.9 on these items.
Participants in Graceful Aging, anonymous survey data:
There were meaningful and significant improvements on all outcome measures. As examples, knowledge or resources increased by 17% and the desire for making decisions based on quality of life and personal values increased by 15%”
Summarized by Executive Director, 2015
Virtually all communities have sought to assist their members in difficult times using cultural and religious beliefs. In a 1996 USA Today survey, almost 80% of Americans felt that faith could help in recovery from illness. But not all of our clients seek religious or spiritual-based counseling and such issues are specifically addressed only when the client brings them up, which occurs in about 20% of our cases
THE INTEGRATION OF
THE PASTORAL COUNSELING CENTER OF SANTA FE WILL BE CLOSING ON JUNE 30, 2017. THE STAFF OF PCC WILL CONTINUE TO SEE THEIR CLIENTS AT THE NEW GROUP PRACTICE THEY HAVE FORMED: PSYCHOTHERAPY AND PASTORAL COUNSELING ASSOCIATES. PLEASE CALL 988-4131 FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
